As a Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA) affiliated coach, you know professional development does not stop at certification. Whether you are building CPPD hours, refining your skills, or exploring new tools, each step you take strengthens your practice.
Between each main badge level, smaller milestone badges mark your steady progress toward your next achievement.
The CCA CPPD Climb has been created to encourage and support the professional growth of our members. We will review and adjust point values, coin conversions, and thresholds from time to time to ensure the system remains fair, motivating, and relevant. Your earned points and coins will always remain valid.
Every coach’s path is unique. Some prefer structured courses, others choose eBooks, podcasts, tool stacks, or prompt packs. However you learn, the Climb supports your journey.
You earn points by:
• 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible resources
• Plus 15 bonus points for completing a course
Example: Purchase and complete a $74.95 course = 764.5 points
Points build over time, unlocking main badge levels with smaller milestones in between, along with occasional opportunities for exclusive offers and early access to resources.
Coins and Rewards
Points can be converted into coins that are redeemable for selected digital products.
• 10 points = 1 coin
• 10 coins = $1 USD
Coins never expire and can be used at any time for eligible full coin purchases. From time to time, you may also find bonus point promotions, discounted coin bundles, or seasonal offers to help you progress faster.

Your progress is tracked on the CCA leaderboard and may result in special recognition, invitations to early access programs, or opportunities to take part in select initiatives, especially at higher levels.
This progress is based entirely on your activity, not on membership type or duration. Whether you hold a 2-year, 3 year, or enduring certification, the Climb measures your actions, not how long you have been certified.
