The Certified Coaches Alliance is one hundred percent Internet driven. Our affiliated coaches reside in some 132 countries and many varied time zones making timely communication somewhat more difficult. We utilize email as our only means of communication to ensure that threads of communication between affiliated coaches and the CCA Team can be reviewed. Upon receipt, email is directed to the appropriate desk. All email is answered in priority sequence. Usual response time is 24-48 hours.
Affiliated coaches are encouraged to communicate with the CCA using the email address you advised us to hold on file as your primary email. This will greatly reduce the likelihood of email going to SPAM. As we all have experienced, email is not perfect, not all email arrives at its intended destination. Should you not receive a response within 48-hours, please follow up.
