Wherever two or more people come together, there is bound to be conflict. This course will give participants a seven-step conflict resolution process that they can use and modify to resolve conflict disputes of any size. Your participants will also be provided a set of skills in solution building and finding common ground.In the Conflict Resolution Certificate Workshop, participants will learn crucial conflict management skills, including dealing with anger and using the Agreement Frame. If unsuccessful on the third attempt, you must enrol once again.Notice: Professional Development Workshop OutcomesWe are pleased to inform you that upon successful completion of any Certified Coaches Alliance Professional Development Workshop, you are eligible for one of the following outcomes:1. Certificate of Merit – Resume AchievementYou will receive a Certificate of Merit which may be added immediately to your professional résumé as a recognized achievement.2. Certificate of Merit with Optional Formal DesignationYou will receive a Certificate of Merit and may choose to either:– To add the achievement directly to your résumé, or– Opt to hold a formal designation associated with the completed workshop.Please note: As this would be considered a new designation, standard designation fees will apply. The current start-and-end certification dates held by your current designations will be applied to this new designation.
