Sensitivity training is crucial in creating a workplace that is inclusive, and a safe place for all to work. This course will look at interactions within a group, but will be more focused towards individual’s behaviors and emotions.With our Sensitivity Training Certificate Workshop you will introduce topics to promote sensitivity, as well as the benefits that come along with it. This will then help to foster positive relationships between co-workers, and in turn benefit the whole organization.Progression of the Final QuzTo ensure the integrity of this professional program, participants have three (3) opportunities to pass the final quiz. If unsuccessful on the third attempt, you must enrol once again.Notice: Professional Development Workshop OutcomesWe are pleased to inform you that upon successful completion of any Certified Coaches Alliance Professional Development Workshop, you are eligible for one of the following outcomes:1. Certificate of Merit – Resume AchievementYou will receive a Certificate of Merit which may be added immediately to your professional résumé as a recognized achievement.2. Certificate of Merit with Optional Formal DesignationYou will receive a Certificate of Merit and may choose to either:– To add the achievement directly to your résumé, or– Opt to hold a formal designation associated with the completed workshop.Please note: As this would be considered a new designation, standard designation fees will apply. The current start-and-end certification dates held by your current designations will be applied to this new designation.
