Everyone has unconscious biases. They live in the recesses of the human brain without us realizing it. These biases are grown in each individual and can greatly influence the day to day decisions that are made both at home and at work.Our Unconscious Bias Certificate Workship will introduce your participants to the ideas and techniques for defining and understanding different unconscious biases. The workshop will also cover the steps to introduce a successful unconscious bias training program in your organization.Progression of the Final QuzTo ensure the integrity of this professional program, participants have three (3) opportunities to pass the final quiz. If unsuccessful on the third attempt, you must enrol once again.Notice: Professional Development Workshop OutcomesWe are pleased to inform you that upon successful completion of any Certified Coaches Alliance Professional Development Workshop, you are eligible for one of the following outcomes:1. Certificate of Merit – Resume AchievementYou will receive a Certificate of Merit which may be added immediately to your professional résumé as a recognized achievement.2. Certificate of Merit with Optional Formal DesignationYou will receive a Certificate of Merit and may choose to either:– To add the achievement directly to your résumé, or– Opt to hold a formal designation associated with the completed workshop.Please note: As this would be considered a new designation, standard designation fees will apply. The current start-and-end certification dates held by your current designations will be applied to this new designation.
